fox4news.com Women Accused of Stealing Dogs Recently two women have been arrested for stealing a family's puppies while they were out of town in an attempt to sell them. Police say the ladies Cynthia Durham, of the Van Zandt County Humane Society, and Patricia Junk, of Jackson County, Wisconsin, conspired to steal two blue heeler puppies from Durham’s neighbor, and then adopt them out through Junk’s animal rescue in Wisconsin. Evidence shows that Durham may have been planning to steal the dogs, Davi and Pepper, for days in order to sell them for $300 each. The puppies have been apart of the Jeremy Housden’s family since last Christmas and were a gift to his three children.
